La performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents (PEB) a un impact sur le co\u00fbt et la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un logement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019inflation a \u00e9t\u00e9 exceptionnelle en 2022. Pour y r\u00e9pondre, un d\u00e9cret du 19 octobre 2022 pr\u00e9voit une mesure visant \u00e0 limiter en Wallonie l\u2019indexation des loyers en fonction du certificat PEB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mesure entre en vigueur le <strong>1er novembre 2022 <\/strong>et sera appliqu\u00e9e pendant un an <strong>jusqu\u2019au 31 octobre 2023<\/strong>.
