Qu\u2019est ce que cela signifie ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des copropri\u00e9taires doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents ou repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. <br>&#8211; Les copropri\u00e9taires pr\u00e9sents ou repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s doivent d\u00e9tenir la moiti\u00e9 des quotes-parts dans les parties communes. <br>&#8211; S\u2019ils d\u00e9tiennent les 3\/4 des quotes-parts dans les parties communes, les copropri\u00e9taires pr\u00e9sents ou repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ne doivent pas \u00eatre la moiti\u00e9 du nombre de copropri\u00e9taires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le double quorum n\u2019est pas atteint lors de la premi\u00e8re AG convoqu\u00e9e, la seconde assembl\u00e9e pourra valablement d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer quel que soit le nombre de copropri\u00e9taires pr\u00e9sents et le nombre de quotes-parts. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le double quorum est atteint en d\u00e9but d\u2019assembl\u00e9e et qu\u2019un copropri\u00e9taire quitte l\u2019assembl\u00e9e, faisant tomber le nombre ou les quotes-parts en dessous du seuil minimum, l\u2019assembl\u00e9e reste valable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/immovlan.be\/fr\/article\/70105\/assemblee-generale-coproprietaire-nombre-minimum-participants\">Immovlan<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afin qu\u2019une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale puisse valablement voter les points inscrits \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour, il faut que le double quorum soit respect\u00e9.
